5. Customer Responsibilities

• Access and Parking: You must ensure that there is adequate parking and access for our moving trucks at both the origin and destination locations. If there are parking restrictions, additional charges may apply.
• Fragile Items: It is your responsibility to properly pack and identify fragile or valuable items. While we take great care in handling fragile items, we recommend that you secure insurance for such items or move them separately.
• Preparation: You are responsible for ensuring that all items are ready to be moved on the scheduled day. This includes emptying drawers, disassembling furniture, and ensuring that all items are accessible.
